Annual poetry event Runosoul is here to brighten up the darkening November nights with a special delivery of fresh Finnish poetry!
Hosted by students of Comparative Literature and Finnish Literature from the student organisations Katharsis and Putkinotko, he 15th annual poetry event Runosoul will welcome four poets who have recently published their debut collections to the Vintti stage of Culture Factory Korjaamo.
Each poet will perform extracts from their collections to a panel of judges consisting of literature students and industry professionals. After the performances, the panel of judges will name of the debuting poets the winner of Runosoul 2018.

NELLI RUOTSALAINEN: Täällä en pyydä enää anteeksi (Pesäkustannus)
The panel of judges includes essayist and translator Antti Nylén, poetry scholar Katja Seutu, and Finnish Literature and Comp Lit majors Maiju Pitkänen and Daniel Snapir.
The event will also feature a soulful musical perfomance by the poetic pop act Lyyti!
